PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel, a panel structure provided with the display panel, and a road display panel structure provided with the panel structure with which transmission information to be communicated to an object person can be variously configured according to application, and with which it is possible to reliably attract the attention of the object person.SOLUTION: A display panel includes a plurality of protrusions formed on a surface of a tabular panel, and a transmission information part composed of an aggregate of protrusions which specifies information to be transmitted on an object person. A retroreflective coating film including at least a film forming resin, a reflector, and a glass bead is provided on the surface of the protrusions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
