PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction period by making attachment of tide embankment panels to a foundation portion of a tide embankment efficient.SOLUTION: A tide embankment panels 20 comprises: a panel body 21 receiving waves; and a plurality of connection members 22 a part of which is buried in a lower part of the panel body 21 and the remainder of which is provided so as to downwardly protrude out of a lower end of the panel body 21. A through-hole 24 is formed, in the part where the connection members 22 of the panel body 21 are buried, which penetrates from one end to the other end in a width direction W of the panel body 21 and into which coupling members 23 coupling the adjacent connection members 22 are inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
