ADJUSTABLE SEPARATOR SHAFT AND CONNECTION FIXTURE OF SMALLER SEPARATOR SHAFT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator and a separator connection fixture which can efficiently perform a work when a length to a form panel is adjusted and a separator shaft is fastened and fixed by connection.SOLUTION: A female screw hole 5 is provided and fixed on a central part of a block connection fixture body 1, a male screw of a fastening bolt shaft 6 is inserted into the fixed female screw hole 5 to be slightly fitted into the female screw hole 5, one of an adjustment separator shaft 10 is inserted from one of through holes 3 of a large-diameter female screw to penetrate therethrough, a P-con shaft 20 is mounted and installed on the male screw 13 of the tip of the adjustment separator shaft 10, a smaller separator shaft 11 is fixed to the connection fixture body, and the P-con shaft 20 is mounted and fixed to the male screw 21 of one end of the smaller separator shaft 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠パネルに対する長さの調整や、接続してセパレータ軸を締付けて固定する場合に、効率的に作業ができるセパレータ及びセパレータ接続固定金具の提供。【解決手段】ブロック接続金具本体1の中央部上に、雌ネジ孔5を設けて固定、固定された雌ネジ孔5に締め込みボルト軸6の雄ネジを挿し込んで雌ネジ孔5に軽く螺合して設置し、大径雌ネジの貫通孔3の一方から、調整セパレータ軸10の一方を挿し通して貫通して、調整セパレータ軸10の一歩先端の雄ネジ13に、ピーコン軸20を取り付けて設置して、案下セパレータ軸11を、接続金具本体に固定し、案下セパレータ軸11の一方端の雄ネジ21に、ピーコン軸20を取り付けて固定する。【選択図】図1
