SEPARATOR SHAFT CONNECTION FIXTURE
To provide a block connection fixture adjusting a length of a separator shaft rod serving as to hold an interval width of a form panel in assembling and holding the form panel at a construction site.SOLUTION: A length of a base separator shaft 1 and an adjustment separator shaft 2 are matched and fastened in a correct length in a short time by threading and holding an end shaft screw 23 of the base separator shaft 1 into a cavity insertion hole 3 into an inner female screw insertion hole 4 without screw of a block connection fixture body of a lower side, by threading and inserting an end shaft screw 23 of the base separator shaft 2 into an insertion hole 5 of the block connection fixture body for exclusive use of a large diameter projection female insertion hole 5 of an upper side and by extending the adjustment separator shaft 2 to a desired length and rotating a hexagonal head part 10 arranged on the block connection fixture body to right to fasten and hold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建設現場で型枠パネルの組立て固定する時に、型枠パネルの間隔幅を固定する役目のセパレータ軸棒の長さを調整するブロック接続固定金具の提供。【解決手段】下側のブロック接続固定金具本体の無ネジの空洞貫通孔3の中に挿し通して奥の雌ネジ貫通孔4に、基本セパレータ軸1の一方端軸ネジ23を螺合して固定し、上側の大径突起雌ネジ貫通孔5の専用のブロック接続固定金具本体の貫通孔5の中に、調整セパレータ軸2の一方端軸ネジ23を挿し通して貫通し、調整セパレータ軸2を引き伸ばして所望の長さとして、ブロック接続固定金具本体の上に設置してある六角頭部10を右回転して締め付け固定する事で、基本セパレータ軸1と調整セパレータ軸2の長さを合わせて正確の長さに短時間で締め付ける。【選択図】図4
