JOINT OF LAID IRON PLATE FOR CONSTRUCTION SITE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint of a laid iron plate for construction site which facilitates a mounting work of a base part and a cup part.SOLUTION: A joint includes: a base part 10 on which ends of a laid iron plate to be connected are mounted; a cup part arranged so as to cover the top of the base part 10; and a bolt and a nut connecting the base part 10 and the cup part. At a position at equal intervals from the center position of the upper surface of the base part 10 to both sides, projections 11 and 11 formed so as to project from the upper surface are formed. When the upper surface of the base part 10 is divided into two surface regions by a straight line connecting the two projections 11 and 11, a predetermined portion in one surface region out of the two surface regions is provided with two magnets 15 and 15. In each of the magnets 15, the surface is fixed with a machine screw 18 so that the surface does not project from the upper surface of the base part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ベース部とカップ部の取付け作業を容易に行うことができる建設現場用敷き鉄板のジョイントを提供する。【解決手段】ジョイントは、つなごうとする敷き鉄板の端部を載置するベース部１０と、ベース部１０を上から覆うように配置されるカップ部と、ベース部１０とカップ部とを連結するボルト及びナットとを備える。ベース部１０の上面の中心位置から両側へ等間隔をおいた位置には、上面から突出するように形成された突起部１１，１１が形成されている。二つの突起部１１，１１を結ぶ直線によってベース部１０の上面を二つの表面領域に区分したときにその二つの表面領域のうち一方の表面領域の所定箇所には、二つの磁石１５，１５が設けられている。各磁石１５は、その表面がベース部１０の上面から突出しないようにビス１８で固定されている。【選択図】図４
