JOINT OF IRON FLOOR PLATE FOR CONSTRUCTION SITE
To provide a joint of an iron floor plate for a construction site which can effectively prevent a theft of the iron floor plate.SOLUTION: A second recess 21 in which a screw head part 32 of a bolt 30 is accommodated is formed at a center part of a cup part 20 at an upper side. A stainless steel cover implement 70 covers a side face and a lower face of the second recess 21 from above, and is formed into a shape which is substantially the same as the second recess 21. A third hole part having a size substantially the same as a second hole part 22 of the cup part 20 is formed at a center part of the cover implement 70. After putting the cup part 20 on a base part 10, and covering the second recess 21 of the cup part 20 with the cover implement 70, a screw part 31 of the bolt 30 is inserted into the third hole part, the second hole part 22 and the first hole part 14 from an upper side of the cover implement 70, and screwed into a nut 40 which is accommodated in the first recess 13 of the base part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】敷き鉄板の盗難を効果的に防止することができる建設現場用敷き鉄板のジョイントを提供する。【解決手段】カップ部２０の上側の中央部には、ボルト３０のネジ頭部３２が収容される第二凹部２１が形成されている。ステンレス製の覆い具７０は、第二凹部２１の側面及び下面を上側から覆うためのものであり、第二凹部２１と略同じ形状に形成されている。覆い具７０の中央部にはカップ部２０の第二孔部２２と略同じ大きさの第三孔部が形成されている。カップ部２０をベース部１０に被せると共にカップ部２０の第二凹部２１を覆い具７０で覆った後、ボルト３０のネジ部３１を、覆い具７０の上側から第三孔部、第二孔部２２及び第一孔部１４を通して、ベース部１０の第一凹部１３内に収容されたナット４０にねじ込む。【選択図】図３
