BUILDING STATE MONITORING SYSTEM
To provide a building state monitoring system capable of utilizing data collected by a building state detecting device more effectively than before.SOLUTION: The building state monitoring system comprises a building state detecting device 10 for detecting a state of a structure (a panel for construction) consisting of an outer peripheral part of the building (an outer wall, a floor of the lowest floor and a roof) and a monitoring device 30 for collecting the detection result data of the structure by the building state detecting device 10 and monitoring the state of the structure. The monitoring device 30 has diagnostic means (a diagnostic program) for comparing reference value data previously stored with the detection result data collected from the building state detecting device 10 and diagnosing the state of the structure, and the diagnostic means diagnoses the extent of the state of the structure based on a deviation width of the detection result data and the reference value data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
