SASH, SASH, COME-OFF PREVENTION MEMBER AND MOUNTING METHOD OF SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash which does not come off when an earthquake occurs, and which can be easily operated.SOLUTION: A FIX window 1 is a double sash in which an outside sash and an inside sash are provided. The inside sash is removable, and an upper frame and a lower frame 17 are locked with a rail groove of an upper frame and a rail groove 11a of a lower frame 11 respectively, and they are not locked with left and right vertical frames. A come-off prevention member 22 is fixed to an intermediate surface 17c on an indoor side of the lower frame 17 which prevents the inside sash from coming off from an inside frame body 9 when an earthquake occurs. A lower part of a locking tongue piece 24 fixed to a holding part 23 of the coming-off prevention member 22 protrudes at a lower side of the lower frame 17, advances between the lower frame 17 and an inner surface of the rail groove 11a of the lower frame 11 and prevents the inside sash from coming off. The coming-off prevention member 22 includes a standing part for inhibiting the rotation with respect to the inside sash and a plane part of a lower end part. The standing part comes into contact with a fixing part 20a of a handle 20, and the plane part comes into contact with a step part 17b at the lower side of the lower frame 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地震等の際に外れることがなく、操作も容易である。【解決手段】ＦＩＸ窓１は外側障子と内側障子を設けた二重サッシである。内側障子は取り外し可能であり、上枠のレール溝と下枠１１のレール溝１１ａに上框と下框１７がそれぞれ係止し、左右の縦框には係止しない。下框１７の屋内側の中間面１７ｃに内側障子が地震で内側の枠体９から外れることを阻止する外れ止め部材２２を固定した。外れ止め部材２２の保持部２３に固定した係止舌片２４の下部が下框１７の下方に突出し、下框１７と下枠１１のレール溝１１ａの内面との間に進出して内側障子が外れることを阻止する。外れ止め部材２２には内側障子に対する回転を阻止するための起立部と下端部の平面部とを有し、起立部はハンドル２０の固定部２０ａに当接し、平面部は下框１７の下方の段部１７ｂに当接する。【選択図】図４
