To provide a sash unit which can be more easily mounted from the indoor side, and a method for mounting the sash unit.SOLUTION: A sash unit 100, which can be mounted to an outer wall 200 of a building from the indoor side of the building, includes a glass frame 20 arranged in an opening 500 formed in the outer wall 200, a glass plate 10 arranged in the opening 500 to be held by the glass frame 20, and a frame 40 joined to the glass frame 20 at the outer periphery of the glass frame 20, wherein the frame 40 is fixed to the outer wall 200 by inserting a fixing member (screw 400) from the indoor side in a direction (Y-axis direction) perpendicular to the in-plane direction of the frame 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋内側からより簡易に取り付けることができるサッシユニット及びサッシユニットの取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】サッシユニット１００は、建物の外壁２００に建物の屋内側から取り付け可能なサッシユニットであって、外壁２００に形成された開口部５００内に配置されるガラス枠２０と、開口部５００内に配置され、ガラス枠２０に保持されるガラス板１０と、ガラス枠２０の外周においてガラス枠２０と接合されるフレーム４０と、を備え、フレーム４０は、固定部材（ビス４００）を屋内側からフレーム４０の面内方向に垂直な方向（Ｙ軸方向）において挿入することにより外壁２００に固定される。【選択図】図２
