PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member having an excellent fixing force with respect to a bounce direction of a grating and a grating unit comprising the fixing member.SOLUTION: A fixing member 300 for fixing a grating body 400 arranged in a drainage ditch 500 to the drainage ditch 500 comprises: a receiving frame 100 that receives the grating body 400 and is placed on an upper surface 531 of a lid mounting part 530 of the drainage ditch 500, and an engaging part 200 engaged with a lower surface 532 side of the lid mounting part 530. The engaging part 200 has a fixing piece 210 fixed to the receiving frame 100 and an engaging piece 220 extending to and engaged with the lower surface 532 side of the lid mounting part 530, and the engaging piece 220 is characterized by fixing the fixing piece 210 in an upward direction close to the lower surface of the receiving frame 100 and by abutting and engaging with the lower surface 532 side of the lid mounting part 530 in the upward direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
