MOLDING EXPANSION JOINT MATERIAL
To provide a molding expansion joint material which lowers a void ratio during packaging and improves stock efficiency and transport efficiency, and can improve arrangement work efficiency on a concrete placement foundation surface.SOLUTION: A molding expansion joint material is an expansion joint material composed of a long flat-plate-like joint part 1 formed of an elastic material, and a long pedestal part 2 formed of an elastic material to support the joint part 1 in an erected state. A bottom surface 3 in the joint part 1 and a back surface 4 in the pedestal part 2 are connected to each other through a connection part 5 having hinge performance. When the joint part 1 is rotated on the side of the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2, a front surface 8 of the joint part 1 is brought into contact with the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2, and a pedestal part contact surface 8a in the front surface 8 of the joint part 1 is provided with an engagement groove 10 opened from the front surface 8 of the joint part 1 to the bottom surface 3, and the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2 is provided with an engagement projection 11 pressed in the engagement groove 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 梱包時の空隙率を低くし、ストック効率や運搬効率の向上を図るとともに、コンクリート打設基礎面への配置作業効率の向上を図ることができる成形伸縮目地材を得る。【解決手段】 弾性材よりなる長尺な平板状の目地部1と、目地部1を起立状に支持する弾性材よりなる長尺な台座部2とで構成される伸縮目地材であって、目地部1における底面3と、台座部2における背面4とを、ヒンジ性能を有する連結部5を介して連結し、目地部1を台座部2の背面4側に回動したとき、目地部1の正面8が台座部2の背面4に当接するようにし、目地部1の正面8における台座部当接面8aには、目地部1の正面8から底面3に渡って開口する係合溝10を設け、台座部2の背面4には、係合溝10に圧入する係合突部11を設けた。【選択図】 図1
