MOLDING EXPANSION JOINT MATERIAL
To provide a molding expansion joint material which reduces a void ratio when packaging, which achieves improvement in stock efficiency and transport efficiency, and which can achieve improvement in arrangement work efficiency on a concrete placing foundation surface.SOLUTION: An expansion joint material comprises a joint part 1 and a pedestal part 2 for supporting the joint part 1. When a bottom surface 3 in the joint part 1 and a back surface 4 in the pedestal part 2 are connected via a connection part 5 and the joint part 1 is rotated to the back surface 4 side of the pedestal part 2, a front surface 8 of the joint part 1 comes into contact with the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2. The pedestal part 2 includes a support part 6 which is formed on the back surface 4, which protrudes from the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2, in which a tip edge 6a is connected to an end edge on the pedestal part 2 side of the connection part 5, and which comes into contact with the bottom surface 3 of the joint part 1 when the front surface 8 of the joint part 1 comes into contact with the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2. On a pedestal part contact surface 8a on the front surface 8 of the joint part 1, engaging grooves 10 opening from the front surface 8 of the joint part 1 across the bottom surface 3 are provided, and on the back surface 4 of the pedestal part 2, engaging protrusions 11 press-fitted in the respective engaging grooves 10 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梱包時の空隙率を低くし、ストック効率や運搬効率の向上を図り、コンクリート打設基礎面への配置作業効率の向上を図ることができる成形伸縮目地材を提供する。【解決手段】目地部1と、目地部1を支持する台座部2とで構成される伸縮目地材であって、目地部1における底面3と、台座部2における背面4とを、連結部5を介して連結し、目地部1を台座部2の背面4側に回動したとき、目地部1の正面8が台座部2の背面4に当接するようにし、台座部2は背面4に形成され、台座部2の背面4から突出して、その先端縁6aが連結部5の台座部2側の端縁と連結し、目地部1の正面8が台座部2の背面4に当接したときに目地部1の底面3に当接する支持部6を備え、目地部1の正面8における台座部当接面8aには、目地部1の正面8から底面3に渡って開口する係合溝10を設け、台座部2の背面4には、係合溝10に圧入する係合突部11を設けた。【選択図】図1
