OPENING/CLOSING MECHANISM APPLIED FOR OPENING/CLOSING DOOR, AND COOKING MACHINE
To provide an opening/closing mechanism that satisfies various requests relating to an operating feeling of an opening/closing door.SOLUTION: A support arm mounted to an opening/closing door while one end side can freely rotate is located on a roller mounted to a main body case, and a cam part is formed at a lower side of the support arm. A horizontal coil spring for applying larger tensile force in a horizontal direction than in a vertical direction, and a vertical coil spring for applying larger tensile force in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction are provided at the other end side of the support arm between it and the main body case. Thus, force of the opening/closing door to be opened with a tare weight can be supported mainly by the horizontal coil spring, so as to reduce force of the vertical coil spring. Therefore, if the cam part of the support arm is pressed to the roller, it is not difficult that the support arm smoothly moves on the roller. Various requests for an operating feeling of the opening/closing door can be sufficiently satisfied by the cam part and the vertical coil spring provided on the support arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】開閉扉の操作感に関する様々な要求を満足させる開閉機構を提供する。【解決手段】一端側が回動自在な状態で開閉扉に取り付けられた支持アームを、本体ケースに取り付けられたローラーの上に載置し、支持アームの下面側にはカム部を形成する。支持アームの他端側には、上下方向よりも水平方向に大きな引張力を作用させる水平コイルバネと、水平方向よりも上下方向に大きな引張力を作用させる上下コイルバネとを本体ケースとの間に張設する。こうすれば、開閉扉が自重で開こうとする力を主に水平コイルバネで支えることができ、上下コイルバネの力を軽減することができる。このため、支持アームのカム部が上下コイルバネでローラーに押し付けられても、支持アームがローラー上でスムーズに移動し難くなることがなく、開閉扉の操作感に対する様々な要求を、支持アームに設けたカム部と上下コイルバネとで十分に満足させることが可能となる。【選択図】図１
