OLEFINIC FLOOR MATERIAL WITH EXCELLENT SHOCK RESISTANCE
To provide an olefinic floor material having excellent processability as well as excellent shock resistance.SOLUTION: An olefinic floor material 1 of the present invention is a floor material composed from laminating and integrating, in order from the top, a surface resin layer 2, an intermediate resin layer 3, and a rear resin layer 4. The surface resin layer 2, the intermediate resin layer 3, and the rear resin layer 4 are resin layers composed from practically using only a resin, which has no chlorine atoms in a chemical constitution as a resin component. The surface resin layer 2, the intermediate resin layer 3, and the rear resin layer 4 contain filler, the filler is composed of calcium carbonate and talc, and a content rate of the talc contained in the rear resin layer 4 is higher than the content rate of the talc contained in the surface resin layer 2 and the intermediate resin layer 3, wherein the content rate of the talc contained in the rear resin layer 4 is from 18 mass% to 48 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加工性に優れると共に、耐衝撃性に優れたオレフィン系床材を提供することが目的である。【解決手段】本発明のオレフィン系床材1は、上から表面樹脂層2、中間樹脂層3、裏面樹脂層4が積層一体化されてなる床材であって、表面樹脂層2、中間樹脂層3及び裏面樹脂層4は樹脂成分として化学構造中に塩素原子を有しない樹脂のみが実質的に用いられてなる樹脂層であり、前記表面樹脂層2、前記中間樹脂層3及び前記裏面樹脂層4には、充填剤を含有し、前記充填剤は炭酸カルシウム及びタルクからなり、前記裏面樹脂層4に含まれるタルクの含有率が、前記表面樹脂層2及び前記中間樹脂層3に含まれるタルクの含有率より高く、前記裏面樹脂層4に含まれるタルクの含有率が18質量%〜48質量%であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
