To provide an operation assisting device for a construction site capable of reducing physical burden of an operator and securing safety at the time of high place work.SOLUTION: An operation auxiliary device 1 for a construction site includes: a mounting part 2 to be mounted on an operator; a bendable frame 3 fixed to the mounting part 2; operation assisting means 4 for imparting a stretching force to the bent frame 3; a lifeline 5 whose one end is fixed to the mounting part 2; a hook 6 fixed to the other end of the lifeline 5; and a count meter 7 provided on the frame 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
