METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
To provide a method for manufacturing a precast concrete member that can manufacture a high strength precast concrete member with high productivity, which is suppressed in the generation of cracks caused by the temperature gradients within the precast concrete even when the concrete member is aged under high-temperature.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a precast concrete member of this invention comprises: a step of obtaining a concrete hardened body by charging a concrete composition into the molding box, hardening the concrete composition until its demoldable mechanical strength is developed, and demolding; and a step of obtaining the precast concrete member by coating at least part of the surface of the resulting hardened body with the layer moderating the temperature gradient, and aging at a high temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリート部材を高温養生した場合でも、内部における温度勾配に起因するひび割れの発生が抑制され、高強度のプレキャストコンクリート部材を生産性高く製造しうるプレキャストコンクリート部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート組成物を型枠に投入し、脱型可能な強度まで硬化させ、脱型してコンクリート硬化体を得る工程と、得られたコンクリート硬化体の表面の少なくとも一部を、温度勾配を緩和する層により被覆し、高温養生して、プレキャストコンクリート部材を得る工程と、を有するプレキャストコンクリート部材の製造方法。【選択図】なし
