To provide a dwelling unit structure of a housing complex which allows natural light to enter an entrance part and a space for maintenance and storage of outdoor gears to be reserved.SOLUTION: A dwelling unit structure 1 of a housing complex comprises an entrance part 5, a kitchen corridor part 6, and a living room part 7, which are arranged in an array in a depth direction, wherein the living room 7 is provided with an opening part 20 through which natural light can pass, each of configurations between the living room part 7 and the kitchen corridor part 6, and between the kitchen corridor part 6 and the entrance part 5 is configured to allow the natural light 21 to pass, and a whole area surface of the entrance part 5 is a dirt floor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 玄関部に自然光を取り入れることができるとともに、アウトドア用品の手入れや収納を行う場所を確保することができる集合住宅の住戸構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅の住戸構造１は、玄関部５、キッチンコリドー部６、及び居室部７が奥行方向に１列に並べて配置された集合住宅の住戸構造１であって、前記居室部７に採光可能な開口部２０が設けられるとともに、前記居室部７と前記キッチンコリドー部６との間及び前記キッチンコリドー部６と前記玄関部５との間が自然光２１を通過可能な構成であり、前記玄関部５は全面が土間床１０である。【選択図】図１
