To provide a dwelling unit management system for collective housing capable of suitably managing use by a user when allowing the user to use a dwelling unit of a collective housing as a predetermined facility.SOLUTION: In a collective housing 10, a dwelling unit management system for managing use by a user when a housing manager makes the user use dwelling unit 11 as an accommodation facility rather than as a residence is provided. The dwelling unit management system determines whether or not a photographed person is the user based on a facial image of the person photographed by cameras 31 and 32 near an entrance of the dwelling unit. If the photographed person is determined to be the user, the dwelling unit management system determines that the user enters or leaves a dwelling unit for accommodation 11A, determines whether the use is inside or outside of the dwelling unit for accommodation 11A based on a result of determination, determines whether or not the user stayed in the dwelling unit for accommodation 11A beyond a predetermined use period based on a result of determination, and notify the housing manager of the result of determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】集合住宅の住戸を所定の施設として利用者に利用させる際に、その利用者による利用を好適に管理することができる集合住宅の住戸管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅１０には、住宅管理者が住戸１１を住居ではなく宿泊施設として利用者に利用させる際に、その利用者の利用について管理する住戸管理システムが設けられている。住戸管理システムでは、住戸出入口付近のカメラ３１，３２により撮影された人の顔画像に基づいて、その撮影された人が利用者であるか否かを判定し、撮影された人が利用者であると判定された場合に、その利用者の宿泊用住戸１１Ａへの出入りを判定し、その判定の結果に基づいて、利用者が宿泊用住戸１１Ａの内外いずれの位置にいるのかを判定し、その判定の結果に基づいて、利用者が予め定められた利用期間を超えて宿泊用住戸１１Ａに滞在していないか否かを判定し、その判定結果を住宅管理者に通知する。【選択図】 図２
