To provide a dwelling unit of a housing complex allowing a resident to stay comfortably while using a kitchen facility.SOLUTION: A dwelling unit 1 of a housing complex with a first direction Y as a long direction, comprises a habitable room 20 having a kitchen facility 40 in a peninsula shape or island shape. The kitchen facility 40 has a long direction of the kitchen facility 40 installed along the first direction Y and does not have a habitable room except for the habitable room 20. The kitchen facility 40 is arranged at a substantially center in a second direction X orthogonal to the first direction Y of the habitable room 20. A space S2 at a side where a resident faces the kitchen facility 40 and a washroom 24 are in communication with an opening part 44, and another opening part 25 capable of going in and out is provided at the washroom 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
