REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE BODY THROUGH HOLE FORMATION SLEEVE HOLDING MECHANISM
To provide a sleeve holding mechanism capable of fixing a sleeve for forming a through hole in a beam, floor or wall of a reinforced concrete structure in a predetermined position of a frame mold correctly and easily and provide a route identification method in a piping wiring work utilizing this sleeve holding mechanism.SOLUTION: The invention is characterized in that a sleeve 1 and a holding plate 3 sized to be accommodated inside of the sleeve are manufactured separately and interlock means in rotation method for coupling the sleeve 1 and the holding sleeve 3 integrally or decoupling is arranged between an inner periphery side surface part of the sleeve 1 outer end and an outer periphery side surface part of the holding plate 3. In addition, it is characterized in that the holding plate 3 is manufactured by synthetic resin of different colors each other and capable of being constructed by color identification according to each piping wiring system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構造体の梁、床、壁に貫通孔を形成するためのスリーブを、型枠の所定の位置に正確に容易に固定できる、スリーブ保持機構を提供する。また、このスリーブ保持機構を利用した、配管配線工事におけるルート識別法を提供する。【解決手段】スリーブ1と、その内部に収まる大きさの保持プレート3とを別々に製作し、スリーブ1と保持プレート3とを一体に連結したり連結を解除したりする回転方式の噛み合わせの手段を、スリーブ1外端の内周側面部と保持プレート3の外周側面部との間に設けたことを特徴とする。また、保持プレート3を互いに色の異なる合成樹脂で製作し、配管配線系統別に色分けして施工できるようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
