To provide a foundation that is easy to construct, and also, reduces construction costs.SOLUTION: A continuous footing 10 includes a foundation portion 30. The foundation portion 30 includes a base portion 31 extending along a first direction 11, an intermediate portion 32 projecting upward from an upper surface 31A of the base portion 31 and extending along the first direction 11, a first rising portion 33 projecting upward from an upper surface 32A of the intermediate portion 32 and extending along the first direction 11, and a second rising portion 34 projecting upward from the upper surface 32A of the intermediate portion 32 and extending parallel to the first rising portion 33 along the first direction 11. An anchor bolt projects upward from a first upper surface 33A which is an upper surface of the first rising portion 33 and a second upper surface 34A which is an upper surface of the second rising portion 34. The anchor bolt fixes a column base metal fitting and a foundation. The column base metal fitting and the foundation fix a column. The foundation portion 30 supports a building body in the first rising portion 33 and the second rising portion 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
