VENTILATION SYSTEM AND HOUSE
To provide a ventilation system and a house, which can simply secure underfloor DI area in a space saving manner as much as possible in a respiratory organ type DI.SOLUTION: An underfloor space is separated into a first underfloor space spatially connected to an outdoor space and a second underfloor space spatially connected to a living space of a house. The underfloor space includes: a box body which is arranged in the first underfloor space and is constituted of an inorganic foam panel which divides an outdoor space and an indoor space in a ventilable manner; a tube body which has one side communicated with the inside of the box body and the other side communicated with the second underfloor space; an air blower which is arranged in the tube body and can blow air in normal and reverse directions; and an air blowing control section which switches the air blowing direction of the air blower by a prescribed timing. Air is blown by the air blower from the first underfloor space to the second underfloor space, (1) thereby moving air supplied from the outdoor space to the first underfloor space through a supply and exhaust port from the first underfloor space to the second underfloor space through the box body and the tube body by the air blower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】呼吸型DIにおいて、できるだけ省スペースで、簡易に床下DI面積を確保できる、換気システム及び家屋を提供する。【解決手段】床下空間は、屋外空間と空間的に接続する第1床下空間、及び、家屋の居住空間に空間的に接続する第2床下空間に分離され、第1床下空間に配され、室外空間と室内空間とを通気可能に区画する無機発泡体パネルから構成された箱体と、一方側が箱体の内部に連通し、他方側が第2床下空間に連通する管体と、管体の内部に配され、正逆方向に送風可能な送風機と、送風機の送風方向を所定のタイミングで切り替える送風制御部と、を備え、送風機により第1床下空間から第2床下空間に向けて送風することより、(1)給排気口を通じて室外空間から第1床下空間に給気した空気を、送風機によって、箱体および管体を通じて第1床下空間から第2床下空間まで移動させる。【選択図】図2
