VENTILATION SYSTEM AND HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system and a house capable of saving energy by excellent heat insulation performance without needing complicated duct piping in a building such as a single family house, and simultaneously realizing improvement of air quality by introducing fresh air indoors and reduction of heat loss in exhausting.SOLUTION: A ventilation system includes: an inorganic foam configuring a first under-eaves wall portion 31A and a second under-eaves wall portion 31B, and ventilatably defining an outdoor space and an indoor space; a space separation wall 34 separating the indoor space into a first space connected to the first under-eaves wall portion and a second space connected to the second under-eaves wall portion; an underfloor separation wall for separating an underfloor space of the house into a first underfloor space spatially connected to the first space and a second underfloor space spatially connected to the second space; a blower disposed on the underfloor separation wall and capable of blowing the air in the forward and backward directions; an air distribution control portion for switching the air blowing direction of the blower at a prescribed timing; and a duct 50 connecting the first space and the first underfloor space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】一戸建て住宅などの建物において、複雑なダクト配管の必要がなく、優れた断熱性能による省エネルギー化が実現でき、室内への新鮮な空気の導入による空気質の改善と同時に、排気時の熱損失の低減が実現できる換気システム及び家屋を提供する。【解決手段】第1庇直下の壁部31A及び第2庇直下の壁部31Bを構成し、室外空間と室内空間とを通気可能に区画する無機発泡体と、室内空間を、第1庇直下の壁部に連接する第1空間、及び、第2庇直下の壁部に連接する第2空間に分離する空間分離壁34と、家屋の床下空間を、第1空間と空間的に接続する第1床下空間、及び、第2空間と空間的に接続する第2床下空間に分離する床下分離壁と、床下分離壁に配された、正逆方向に送風可能な送風機と、送風機の送風方向を所定のタイミングで切り替える送風制御部と、第1空間と第1床下空間とを連結するダクト50と、を備える。【選択図】図8
