To provide a quick hardening agent for cement that can secure a serviceable life of quick hardening cement concrete and has early strength development and an effect of inhibiting elution of hexavalent chromium, and quick hardening cement using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a quick hardening agent for cement, comprising 0.1 to 5 mass parts of a lime-sulfur mixture of a pH of not lower than 10, an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of not higher than -450 mv, and a Mg content of not less than 0.3 mass% in terms of MgO, relative to 100 mass parts of calcium aluminate, a quick hardening agent for cement as described above further comprising gypsum, and a quick hardening cement comprising cement and the quick hardening agent for cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】急硬セメントコンクリートの可使時間を確保でき、早期強度発現性および六価クロムの溶出抑制効果を有するセメント急硬材およびそれを用いた急硬セメントを提供する。【解決手段】ｐＨ１０以上、酸化還元電位（ＯＲＰ）−４５０ｍｖ以下、Ｍｇ含有量がＭｇＯ換算で０．３質量％以上の石灰硫黄合剤を、カルシウムアルミネート１００質量部に対して０.１〜５質量部含有するセメント急硬材であり、さらに、セッコウを混合してなる前記セメント急硬材であり、これらのセメント急硬材とセメントを含有する急硬セメントである。【選択図】 なし
