UNSOLIDIFIED LIQUID RECOVERY DEVICE AND UNSOLIDIFIED LIQUID RECOVERY METHOD
To solve the problem in which: in a structure in which a collection port is opened and closed by a hydraulic cylinder, it is necessary to feed a hydraulic hose or the like at the same time as lowering a collector to a target depth position, and there is a problem that a collection operation is troublesome; also, when the hydraulic hose or the like is assembled in a drilling rod, there is a problem that a special drilling rod is required, resulting in an increase in cost.SOLUTION: An unsolidified liquid recovery device comprises a recovery chamber 3 provided inside a case 2 formed of a hollow cylindrical member, an opening and closing member 5 for opening and closing a collection port 4 of the recovery chamber 3 vertically provided in the case 2, and a switching operation mechanism 10 for opening and closing the collection port 4 by raising or lowering the opening and closing member 5 by a mechanical mechanism provided in the case 2, wherein the switching operation mechanism 10 includes a spring 18 for urging the opening and closing member 5 upward or downward and a sinker 25 for raising or lowering the opening and closing member 5 by descent by its own weight by the wire 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】採取口を油圧シリンダにより開閉する構造では、採取器を目的深さ位置まで下げるのに併せ、油圧ホース等を同時に送る必要があり、採取作業が面倒であるという課題がある。また、油圧ホース等を掘削ロッドに組み込むと、特殊な掘削ロッドが必要になって、コストが高くなるという課題がある。【解決手段】 中空円筒部材により形成したケース2の内側に回収室3を設け、回収室3の採取口4を開閉する開閉部材5をケース2内に上下自在に設け、ケース2内には開閉部材5を機械的機構により上昇または下降させて採取口4の開閉を行う切替操作機構10を設け、該切替操作機構10は、開閉部材5を上方または下方に付勢するバネ18と、ワイヤー27により自重下降して開閉部材5を上昇または下降させるシンカー25とを有して構成した未固化液回収装置。【選択図】図2
