UNSOLIDIFIED LIQUID RECOVERY DEVICE AND UNSOLIDIFIED LIQUID RECOVERY METHOD
To solve problems in conventional precast embedding methods including: a low sealing property and mixture of foreign matters in an unsolidified liquid, due to a configuration which opens and closes a collection opening by rotating an operation rod; and unintentional opening of a collection opening when a device is pushed into sediment and the like which are staying on the way down to a desired depth, due to a configuration which opens a collection opening by earth pressure.SOLUTION: An unsolidified liquid recovery device comprises: an inner rod 10 formed of a hollow cylindrical member and vertically movably fitted inside an outer rod 2 formed of a hollow cylindrical member; an inner collection opening 15 formed on a side surface of the inner rod 10 and made to coincide with an outer collection opening 7 formed on a side surface of the outer rod 2, so as to collect into a collection chamber 14 of the inner rod 10; and an operation mechanism 20 provided between the outer rod 2 and the inner rod 10 for restricting the rise of the inner rod 10 due to the hydrostatic pressure of the unsolidified liquid by a mechanical mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】従来の既製埋め込み工法では、操作ロッドを回転させて採取口を開閉する構成のため、シール性が低く、未固化液に異物が混入するという課題がある。また、土圧により採取口を開く構成のため、所望深度に下降させる途中で滞留している土砂等に押し込む際に、採取口が意図せず開口するという課題がある。【解決手段】中空円筒部材により形成した外側ロッド2の内側に、中空円筒部材により形成した内側ロッド10を上下自在に嵌合させ、外側ロッド2の側面に形成した外側採取口7に、内側ロッド10の側面に形成した内側採取口15を合致させて内側ロッド10の回収室14内に未固化液を回収する構成とし、外側ロッド2と内側ロッド10との間に、未固化液の静液圧による内側ロッド10の上昇を機械的機構により規制する操作機構20を設けた未固化液回収装置。【選択図】図3
