SUPPORTING FITTING FOR INTERLAYER FIREPROOF MEMBER AND SUPPORTING METHOD FOR INTERLAYER FIREPROOF MEMBER
To provide a supporting fitting for an interlayer fireproof member and a supporting method for an interlayer fireproof member, which is commonly applicable for both situations that a metal plate is placed across an interlayer from an end of a floor slab to a wall panes to prevent an interlayer fireproof member from being directly exposed to fire from lower floors and the interlayer fireproof member is placed without using the metal plate, further decreasing friction with the wall panel after installation.SOLUTION: A supporting fitting for an interlayer fireproof member and a supporting method for an interlayer fireproof member is configured by: placing an upper surface of a supporting part 110 on an upper surface of a floor slab 200; suspending a suspension part 120 from a side end part of a wall panel 300 of the upper surface of the supporting part 110 along an end surface of the floor slab 200; bending a corner part 130 upward in an acute angel from a lower end of the suspension part 120; extending a supporting side 140 to the wall panel 300 through the corner part 130; and abutting the round corner part 141 processed to a round corner at a tip of the wall panel 300 side of the supporting side 140 to the wall panel 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下階からの火に直接耐火層間材がさらされないための金属板を層間に床スラブの端面から壁パネルに差し渡す場合と、金属板を使用せずに耐火層間材を設置する場合とで共通して使用でき、さらに設置後に壁パネルとの摩擦を軽減した耐火層間材の支持金具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】上面支持部110が、床スラブ200の上面に載置され、垂下部120が、上面支持部110の壁パネル300側端部から床スラブ200の端面に沿って垂下し、角部130が、垂下部120の下端から上側に向かって鋭角に曲げられ、支持辺140が、角部130を介して壁パネル300に到達するまで延設され、支持辺140の壁パネル300側の先端で角丸加工された角丸部141が、壁パネル300と接する。【選択図】図1
