FOUNDATION STRUCTURE, PILE HEAD STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
To make it possible to absorb horizontal displacement between a pile axis of a steel pipe pile and a column axis of an upper frame column and join them, eliminating the need to change the upper frame column, thereby suppressing the increase in cost.SOLUTION: A connecting member 4 provided with an outer steel pipe 41 disposed between an upper frame column 2 and a steel pipe pile 3 and having a tubular steel pipe 43 having a diameter larger than a pile diameter of the steel pipe pile 3 and a conical steel pipe 44 having a diameter reduced downward from a lower end of a cylindrical steel pipe 43, and filled concrete 42 filled in the outer steel pipe 41 is provided. The tubular steel pipe 43 is formed into a taper which expands downward, the upper frame column 2 is partially connected to the outer steel pipe 41 via anchor bolts 22 fixed to the filled concrete 42, the connecting member 4 provides a foundation structure in which the conical steel pipe 44 is welded at a contact point with a pile head portion 3A in a state in which at least a part of the conical steel pipe 44 is inserted in the pile head portion 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管杭の杭軸と上部架構柱の柱軸の水平方向のずれを吸収して接合することが可能となり、上部架構柱の変更が不要になってコストの増大を抑えることができる。【解決手段】上部架構柱2と鋼管杭3との間に配置され、鋼管杭3の杭径より大径の筒状鋼管43、及び筒状鋼管43の下端から下方に向けて縮径された円錐状鋼管44を有する外鋼管41と、外鋼管41の内部に充填された充填コンクリート42と、を備えた連結部材4が設けられ、筒状鋼管43は、下方に向けて拡径するテーパーに形成され、上部架構柱2は、一部が充填コンクリート42に固着されるアンカーボルト22を介して外鋼管41に接続され、連結部材4は、杭頭部3A内に円錐状鋼管44の少なくとも一部が挿入された状態で、円錐状鋼管44が杭頭部3Aとの接点で溶着された構成の基礎構造を提供する。【選択図】図1
