To provide an external staircase unit which allows workers who have worked on a roof of an upper container when installing a two-storied container house to safely go down to a corridor floor of the external stair case unit from the roof.SOLUTION: In an external staircase unit 1 parallelly installed to a two-storied container house 2 consisting of two stories of an upper and a lower one which is provided with an external staircase part 11 with a roof continuously arranged from the first floor to the second floor and a second floor external corridor part 12 with a roof, the external corridor part 12 comprises a corridor floor 121 continuously arranged to a floor of the upper container 23 of the container house 2 and a corridor roof 122 configured to be continuously connected to an upper edge of the upper container 23. An open and close part 3 is arranged on an upper edge side of the upper container 23 of the corridor roof 122 to allow workers to go up and down between the corridor floor 121 and the roof of the upper container 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 二階建てのコンテナハウスの設置に際して上段コンテナの屋根で作業をした作業員が安全に当該屋根から屋外階段ユニットの歩廊床に降りることができる構成を提供する。【解決手段】一階から二階に続く屋根付きの屋外階段部１１と、二階の屋根付きの屋外歩廊部１２とを備えた上下二段からなる二階建てコンテナハウス２に併設される屋外階段ユニット１において、屋外歩廊部１２は、コンテナハウス２の上段コンテナ２３の床に連続する歩廊床１２１と、上段コンテナ２３の上縁に連接して構成された歩廊屋根１２２とからなり、歩廊屋根１２２の上段コンテナ２３の上縁側に、人が歩廊床１２１と上段コンテナ２３の屋根との間を上り下りする開閉部３が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図２
