COMPACTION METHOD OF BANKING AREA AND COMPACTION ATTACHMENT DEVICE
To provide a method and a compaction attachment device which can effectively compact without generating area in which compaction is impossible, even in a banking area adjacent to a wall face or a rock protrusion.SOLUTION: In compacting a banking area E adjacent to a wall face W or a rock protrusion R: a planar compaction plate 30 pressed to a surface of the banking area E is attached to a tip of a movable arm member 3 of a construction machine 1 having the movable arm member 3 via a rotary support mechanism 40 which supports the compaction plate so that the compaction plate can rotate around a normal direction axis P of the compaction plate 30; and the banking area E is compacted while a pressing angle θ around the normal direction axis P of the compaction plate 30 with respect to the banking area E is changed. For example, the pressing angle θ around the normal direction axis P of the compaction plate 30 is changed by making any part of the compaction plate 30 abut the wall face W, the rock protrusion R or a surface of the banking area E. Preferably, a vibration generating device 31 making the compaction plate 30 vibrate in the normal direction is connected to an opposite side of a pressing surface 30a of the compaction plate 30 to the banking area E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁面又は岩盤凸部に隣接する盛土エリアにおいても締固め不能域を発生させずに効率よく締固めることができる方法及び締固めアタッチメント装置を提供する。【解決手段】壁面W又は岩盤凸部Rに隣接する盛土エリアEを締固める際に,可動腕部材3付き施工機械1の可動腕部材3の先端に盛土エリアEの表面に押し当てる平面状の締固め板30をその締固め板30の法線方向軸Pの周りに回転可能に支持する回転支持機構40を介して取り付け,盛土エリアEに対する締固め板30の法線方向軸P周りの押し当て角度θを変更しながら盛土エリアEを締固める。例えば,締固め板30の何れかの部分を壁面W,岩盤凸部R又は盛土エリアEの表面に突き当てることにより締固め板30の法線方向軸P周りの押し当て角度θを変更する。好ましくは,締固め板30の盛土エリアEへの押し当て面30aと反対側に締固め板30を法線方向に振動させる起振装置31を連結する。【選択図】 図1
