JOINT, JOINED BODY AND JOINING METHOD
To provide a joint capable of efficiently performing a joining operation of various kinds of rod-like bodies such as steel pipe and pile.SOLUTION: A joint 10X for joining a set of rod-like bodies 20A, 20B which respectively have opening parts 24A, 24B opened to the outer circumferential side of flange parts 21A, 21B having circular contour is provided. The joint 10X includes a connection unit 11 which connects a set of flange parts while flange parts of a set of rod-like bodies are abutted on each other and a fixing unit 12 which fixes the connection unit to the set of rod-like bodies by fastening the connection unit from the outer circumferential side. The connection unit 11 includes a plurality of connection members 11a arranged in a circumferential direction on the outer circumferential side of the set of flange parts and each of the plurality of connection members includes a pinching part 11bb arranged so as to pinch the set of flange parts from both sides of axial directions of the set of rod-like bodies and a projection part 11c projected from the pinching part so as to be inserted to an insertion part 25 formed by combining the opening parts of the sets of flange parts with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管や杭などの各種棒状体の接合作業を効率よく実施可能な継手を提供する。【解決手段】外形が円形状のフランジ部21A,21Bの外周側に開口した開口部24A,24Bをそれぞれ有する一組の棒状体20A,20Bを接合する継手10Xである。この継手10Xは、一組の棒状体のフランジ部同士を突き合わせた状態で一組のフランジ部を接続する接続ユニット11と、接続ユニットを外周側から締め付けることにより一組の棒状体に固定する固定ユニット12とを含む。接続ユニット11は、一組のフランジ部の外周側に周方向に配置される複数の接続部材11aを含み、複数の接続部材のそれぞれは、一組の棒状体の軸方向の両側から一組のフランジ部を挟むように配置される挟み部11bbと、一組のフランジ部の開口部同士が組み合わされて形成される挿入部25に挿入されるように挟み部から突出した突出部11cとを含む。【選択図】図1
