To solve the problem of not being able to easily detect bearing abnormalities with existing detectors.SOLUTION: A bearing abnormality detector, with which it is possible to easily detect bearing abnormalities, comprises: a reference value storage unit for storing a reference value, being a characteristic value relating to the sway of a bridge, used as a reference characteristic value; a sway characteristic value acquisition unit for acquiring an acquired value which is a characteristic value relating to the sway of the bridge; a difference information acquisition unit for acquiring difference information relating to the difference between the reference value and the acquired value; and an output unit for outputting the difference information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
