To provide an electric lock control system capable of sharing that a lock communication mode has been changed by a plurality of key devices; an electric lock system; and a program.SOLUTION: A plurality of key devices 2 (2 A, 2 B) include a key side first communication unit 22 that performs wireless communication based on a first communication mode, a key side second communication unit 23 that performs wireless communication based on a second communication mode, and a key side control unit 21, respectively. An electric lock control device 1 has a lock side communication unit 12 that performs wireless communication based on the first communication mode and a lock side control unit 11 that controls an electric lock 3. When the key side first communication unit 22 of the notification source key device 2 communicates with the lock side communication unit 12 to acquire change information of the lock side communication mode of the lock side communication unit 12, the key side control unit 21 causes the key side second communication unit 23 to transmit the notification information for notifying the change of the lock communication mode to the notification destination key device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
