To provide an electric lock control system, an electric lock system, a control method for the electric lock control system, and a program, capable of improving security performance.SOLUTION: An electric lock control system 1 comprises: a lock side communication unit 13 for performing radio communication with a key device 2; and a lock side control unit 11 for controlling an electric lock 3 on the basis of information received from the key device 2 by the lock side communication unit 13. The electric lock locks or unlocks an opening/closing member for opening/closing an aperture of a building. The lock side control unit 11 performs first processing of locking or unlocking the electric lock 3 when a determination condition is satisfied in a state of detecting the existence of the key device 2 in a predetermined communication range on the basis of a communication state between the lock side communication unit 13 and the key device 2. When a state in which the determination condition is not satisfied has continued for a time equal to or longer than a predetermined stand-by time in a state of the key device 2 existing in the communication range, the lock side control unit 11 performs predetermined second processing differing from the first processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
