BRIDGE FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD
To provide a bridge floor slab replacement method that can efficiently replace an existing floor slab with a new precast concrete floor slab.SOLUTION: A bridge floor slab replacement method includes: a first step of removing at least a part of an existing floor slab piece formed by dividing an existing floor slab of a bridge in the bridge axis direction to expose a main girder; a second step of installing a stud dowel on the upper surface of the main girder exposed in the first step; and a third step of installing a plurality of new floor slabs on the main girder on which the stud dowel is installed in the second step and joining the new floor slabs to the main girder and then joining the adjacent new floor slabs. The first step to the third step are performed during a construction traffic regulation time zone and include cases where two or more steps are continuously carried out within the construction traffic regulation time zone. When the first step or the second step is carried out immediately before a traffic release time zone comes, a temporary lining floor slab is installed on the main girder which is exposed at the end of the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】効率よく既設床版をプレキャストコンクリート造の新設床版に取換えることの可能な、橋梁の床版取替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁の既存床版を橋軸方向に分割して形成した複数の既存床版片のうち、少なくとも一部を撤去して前記主桁を露出させる第1の工程と、前記第1の工程で露出させた前記主桁上面に、スタッドジベルを設置する第2の工程と、前記第2の工程で前記スタッドジベルを設置した前記主桁上に、複数の前記新設床版を据え付け、前記新設床版を前記主桁に接合させたのち、隣り合う新設床版を接合する第3の工程と、を備え、前記第1の工程から前記第3の工程は、前記工事交通規制時間帯に実施されるとともに、1回の前記工事交通規制時間帯内で2つ以上の工程を連続して実施する場合を含み、前記交通解放時間帯が到来する直前に前記第1の工程もしくは前記第2の工程が実施される場合、作業終了時において露出状態にある前記主桁上に、仮覆工床版を設置する。【選択図】図4
