BRIDGE FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD
To provide a bridge floor slab replacement method capable of replacing an existing floor slab of a bridge with a new floor slab while realizing daytime traffic release.SOLUTION: A replacement method includes: a first step of removing at least a part of a plurality of existing floor slab pieces formed by dividing an existing bridge floor slab in the direction of the bridge axis to expose a main girder and installing a temporary lining floor slab on the main girder; a second step of temporarily removing the temporary lining floor slab installed in the first step, installing a stud girder on the upper surface of the main girder, and then reinstalling the temporary lining floor slab on the main girder; and a third step of removing the temporary lining floor slab that was reinstalled in the second step, installing multiple new floor slabs on the main girder, joining the new floor slabs to the main girder, and then joining the adjacent new floor slabs to each other. Any one of the first to third steps can be performed during a construction traffic control time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】昼間の交通解放を実現しながら、橋梁の既設床版を新設床版に取替えることの可能な、橋梁の床版取替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁の既存床版を橋軸方向に分割して形成した複数の既存床版片のうち、少なくとも一部を撤去して主桁を露出させ、主桁上に仮覆工床版を設置する第1の工程と、第1の工程で設置した仮覆工床版を一時撤去し、主桁上面にスタッドジベルを設置したのち、主桁上に仮覆工床版を再設置する第2の工程と、第2の工程で再設置した仮覆工床版を撤去し、主桁上に複数の新設床版を据え付け、新設床版を主桁に接合させたのち、隣り合う新設床版を接合する第3の工程と、を備え、工事交通規制時間帯に、第1の工程から第3の工程のいずれか1工程を実施する。【選択図】図4
