To provide a decorative sheet that develops a design of a delicate dark color pattern that is visible as a dark monochrome from a long distance but is visible as a pattern in accordance with a dark concentration difference from a short distance, and a decorative member therewith.SOLUTION: A dark color pattern decorative sheet includes: a base material sheet; and a decorative layer that includes a color pattern layer in which a plurality of areas are mutually adjacent in a plan view, a Lvalue in a CIE (International Commission on Illumination) L*a*b* color system measured according to JIS Z8781-4: 2013 of an area of one and a Lvalue of an area adjacent to the area of the one are mutually different, and a color pattern that covers at least a part of a plane is contained, in which the Lvalues of the area of the one and the area adjacent to the area of the one are of not smaller than zero 0 and not larger than 40, and a decorative member therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
