To make it possible to perform more diverse processing.SOLUTION: If a key device (portable terminal 4) exists in a certain area and there is one or more areas in which a lock side communication unit 32 located therein can receive a wireless signal from a key side communication unit 42, these areas are defined as multiple areas. A key device and an electric lock control device 3 each have a modulation circuit 35 (or 45) and a demodulation circuit 36 (or 46). At least one of the electric lock control device 3 and the key device performs different processing for determinations of a determination unit 34 which indicate that the key device is present in a first area out of the multiple areas and the key device is present in a second area out of the multiple areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
