PIPE JOINT HAVING FALL PREVENTION MECHANISM OF LOCK PIN
To provide a pipe joint using a spring that prevents a thick, heavy, and tough lock pin from falling when break and cut of the spring is generated.SOLUTION: A pipe joint having a fall prevention mechanism of a lock pin 4 is an interior pipe 2 inserted into a hollow inner wall of a vertical pipe 1, engagement nails 41 provided at both ends of the lock pin 4 are inserted to couple upper and lower vertical pipes 1, the upper and lower vertical pipes 1 provided with a spring 5 pressing the engagement nails 41 of the lock pin 4 to maintain the engagement are coupled, the spring 5 has a cone shape, both lower side parts 52 of the spring press a pipe inner wall of the vertical pipes, a cone-shaped top part 51 presses the lock pin 4, one end of the lower side part 52 is provided with a U-shaped folding part 55 which is folded back to form a pressing part 56 and presses the lock pin 4, and an engagement fixing part 58 is provided at the end to engage a specific portion of the lock pin 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バネを使用したパイプジョイントにおいても、バネが破壊切断が発生しても、太く重く頑丈なロックピンが落下しないようなパイプジョイントを提供する。【解決手段】パイプジョイントは縦パイプ1の中空内壁に挿入する内装パイプ2で、ロックピン4の両端に設けた係止爪41を挿入して上下の縦パイプ1を結合し、ロックピン4の係止爪41を押圧して係合を維持するバネ5を設けた上下の縦パイプ1を結合し、バネ5は山形で両下辺部52は縦パイプのパイプ内壁を押圧し、山形頂部51はロックピン4を押圧し、下辺部52の一端はU字折返部55を設けて折り返して押圧部56を形成してロックピン4を押圧するとともに、末端部には係止固定部58を設けてロックピン4の所定部分を係止することを特徴とするロックピン4の落下防止機構を有するパイプジョイント。【選択図】図1
