INSERT FOR DECK PLATE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF INSERT FOR DECK PLATE, AND INSTALLING METHOD FOR PIPE SUPPORT
To provide an insert for a deck plate which has high strength of a screwed part between an insert and a hanging metal fitting, can be adapted to various shapes of hanging metal fittings, and also takes into consideration the beauty of the bottom surface of the deck plate after mounting the insert.SOLUTION: An insert is inserted into and attached to a through hole of a deck plate from above, and in the insert for the deck plate which includes a flange-shaped head part 23, a shaft part 21 inserted through the through-hole, an insert main body 2 comprising a female screw part formed on the shaft part, a washer member 4, a spring member 3 for pressing the washer member against the upper surface of the deck plate, and a cylindrical member 5 provided with a protruding piece part capable of being extended in the outer circumferential direction on the lower side of the deck plate when the deck plate is inserted into and attached to, the cylindrical member is attached to the outer periphery of a temporary fixing member composed of a headed male screw body, and the male screw part of the temporary fixing member is screwed to the female screw part of the insert main body, so that the cylindrical member is attached to the insert main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】インサートと吊り金具との螺合部分の強度が高く、多種多様な吊り金具の形状に対応することができ、更に、インサート取付後におけるデッキプレート下面の美感をも考慮したデッキプレート用インサートの提供。【解決手段】デッキプレートの貫通孔に上方から挿通取付されるインサートであって、鍔状の頭部２３と、貫通孔に挿通される軸部２１と、軸部に形成された雌ネジ部とからなるインサート本体２と、ワッシャー部材４と、ワッシャー部材をデッキプレート上面に押し付けるスプリング部材３と、デッキプレート挿通取付時に、デッキプレート下側にて外周方向に張出し可能な張出し片部が設けられた筒状部材５を有するデッキプレート用インサートにおいて、筒状部材が、有頭の雄ネジ体からなる仮止め部材の外周に装着され、仮止め部材の雄ネジ部と、インサート本体の雌ネジ部とを螺合することにより、筒状部材がインサート本体に取り付けられる構成である。【選択図】図１
