To provide a power receiving/transforming system which is operated only by an approved worker, and a power receiving/transforming device.SOLUTION: A terminal device 3 which is mounted on a worker transmits a code relating to approval of operation by a radio wave. A power receiving/transforming device 2 comprises: a transmitting/receiving unit 21 for receiving the code, relating to the approval of the operation, transmitted from the terminal device 3; a determining unit 27 for determining at least one of unlocking a switch 6 which is an operation unit of a target power receiving/transforming facility, and opening a door lock 5 of the power receiving/transforming facility on the basis of the code, relating to the approval of the operation, received by the transmitting/receiving unit 21; and an opening/closing instruction unit 24 for performing at least one of unlocking the switch 6 that is the operation part of the power receiving/transforming facility, and opening the door lock 5 of the power receiving/transforming facility, on the basis of the determination of the determining unit 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
