DOOR OPENING HOLDING DEVICE OF AUTOMOBILE DOOR
To provide a door opening holding device of an automobile door for fixing a door at a predetermined opening through which a passenger can pass.SOLUTION: A tip part of a door stay 1 inserted into and supported by a door front end part D1 in a freely advanceable/retractable manner is pivotally attached to a pillar S; a gear 5 capable of being engaged between just before the door D is opened to a predetermined opening and becoming fully open is provided in a freely rotatable manner on a rack 1b notched on a base end, on one longitudinal side face side of the door stay 1 near the front end part D1 inside the door D; a rotary disc 9 is parallely pivoted below an axle 6 of the gear 5; a plunger, having a lock pin 11a energized upward whose upper end face slidably contacts a fixed point M set to correspond to a pre-engagement state of the gear 5 with the rack 1b on an appropriate concentric circle of a disc surface 9a, is provided below the rotary disc 9; and an engaging hole 10 into/from which the lock pin 11a of the plunger is freely inserted/extracted is provided in a position which rotationally moves corresponding to the predetermined opening of the door D from the fixed point M, in an engaged state of the gear 5 with the rack 1b, on the concentric circle of the disc surface 9a of the rotary disc 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】ドアを乗降者が通過可能な所定の開度で固定する自動車用ドアの開扉保持装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドア前端部D1に水平進退自在に挿通支持されたドアステー１の先端部をピラーＳに枢着し、ドアＤ内の前端部D1近傍で、ドアステー１の長手一側面側には、その基端に刻設したラック1bに、ドアＤが所定開度に開扉される直前から全開されるまでの間で噛合可能な歯車５を回転自在に設け、歯車５の車軸６下方には回転盤９を水平軸着し、回転盤９下方には、盤面9aの適宜同心円上で歯車５のラック1bとの噛合前状態に対応する様に設定した定点Ｍに上端面が摺接可能に触突するロックピン11ａを上方付勢したプランジャを配置し、回転盤９の盤面9aの前記同心円上において、歯車５のラック1bとの噛合状態で定点ＭからドアＤの所定開度に対応して回転移動する位置には、プランジャのロックピン11ａが挿脱自在な係合穴10を設ける。【選択図】図１６
