To easily and accurately grasp an usage status of each user over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A gate DB 15 stores, for each gate GT, gate permission information indicating an authorized user who can enter/exit via the gate GT. A history recording unit 17 records in the gate DB 15 the latest entry/exit date and time of the user in association with the gate GT and the user according to the determination of entering/exiting permission in an entering/exiting determination unit 16. When confirming a use status regarding any gate GT, a use status management unit 18 acquires the latest entry/exit date and time for the authorized user of the designated gate GT from the date DB 15, and generates and outputs usage status information indicating the usage status of the gate GT regarding the authorized user on the basis of the latest entry/exit date and time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長期間にわたる利用者ごとの使用状況を容易かつ正確に把握する。【解決手段】ゲートＤＢ１５が、ゲートＧＴごとに、当該ゲートＧＴでの入退室可能な許可利用者を示すゲート許可情報を記憶し、履歴記録部１７が、入退室判定部１６における入退室可の判定に応じて、利用者の最新入退室日時を、ゲートＧＴと利用者とに対応付けてゲートＤＢ１５に記録し、使用状況管理部１８が、任意のゲートＧＴに関する使用状況を確認する際、指定されたゲートＧＴの許可利用者に関する最新入退室日時をゲートＤＢ１５から取得し、最新入退室日時に基づいて許可利用者に関するゲートＧＴの使用状況を示す使用状況情報を生成して出力する。【選択図】 図１
