To provide a floor structure of a simple constitution and a unit building capable of suppressing floor deflection and improving floor sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: A plurality of floor beams 15 bridged to a floor girder 12 which forms a frame structure are provided. In this floor structure, dampers 20 connecting the adjacent floor beams 15 are provided, and the plurality of dampers 20 are installed along the longitudinal direction of the floor beams 15, and the damper 20 includes a plate member 21 which can be elastically deformed, a weight member 22, and a mounting member 23 formed of a structural member, and a mounting member 21 connects between the adjacent floor beams 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
