ASPHALT MIXTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide an asphalt mixture which suppress void blocking or flow to keep excellent noise reduction and draining properties with excellent durability.SOLUTION: An asphalt mixture made of a mixture of an aggregate, asphalt, and an asphalt additive, the aggregate containing a hexahedron structure configured by a flat surface of 5 mm to 20 mm on one side, the asphalt mixture manufactured by an aggregate heating process of heating the aggregate to the temperature of 100 to 250°C, the aggregate containing the hexahedron structure configured by a flat surface of 5 mm to 20 mm on one side; an asphalt heating process of heating the asphalt to the temperature of 130 to 185°C; and a mixing process of mixing the aggregate heated at the aggregate heating process with the asphalt heated at the asphalt heating process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 空隙詰まりや流動を抑制して、優れた騒音低減性および排水性を保持し、耐久性に優れたアスファルト混合物を提供する。【解決手段】 骨材と、アスファルトと、アスファルト添加剤とを混合してなるアスファルト混合物であって、骨材が一辺５ｍｍから２０ｍｍの平面で構成される６面体の構造物を含有したものであり、一辺が５ｍｍから２０ｍｍの平面で構成される６面体の構造物を含有させた骨材を１００〜２５０℃の温度まで加熱する骨材加熱工程と、アスファルトを１３０〜１８５℃の温度まで加熱するアスファルト加熱工程と、骨材加熱工程において加熱された骨材と、アスファルト加熱工程において加熱されたアスファルトとを混合する混合工程とにより製造される。【選択図】図１
