METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING CEMENT CLINKER
To provide a method and apparatus for producing a cement clinker, capable of calcination in a gas.SOLUTION: A method includes: a grinding step of grinding a prepared cement clinker material; a granulating step of solidifying the ground powder obtained in the grinding step and thereby granulating the solidified powder; and a calcination-in-gas step of heating the granulated powder obtained in the granulating step in a gas and thereby calcining the granulated powder. In the granulating step, a slurry containing a ground powder having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or lower is produced by grinding the cement clinker material after adding water to the clinker material. In the granulating step, the slurry is changed into the granulated powder having an average particle diameter of 20 μm or more and 80 μm or less, by a spray dry method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
