INTERCEPTOR AND TRAP TANK
To provide a trap that reliably prevents occurrence of a siphon phenomenon.SOLUTION: An interceptor comprises: a body tank that has a drainage water introduction part, a separation chamber for separating contaminants and an exhaust port; and a trap tank that shuts off odors flowing back from the exhaust port by sealing water. The trap tank includes: a drainage water inflow port formed at a lower end so that drainage water on a bottom of the separation chamber flows into the trap tank; an overflow chamber provided with an overflow section for blocking the drainage water introduced from the drainage water inflow port to generate overflow; a water-sealing chamber for communicating with the overflow chamber and storing drainage water flowing thereinto to seal the water; and a drainage water outflow port for flowing out the drainage water in the water-sealing chamber to the exhaust port. A communicating part between the overflow chamber and the water-sealing chamber is formed lower than a lower end position of the drainage water outflow port to secure a sealing-water depth, and the overflow chamber has a suction opening that allows inflow of outside air when the pressure in the trap tank is negative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サイフォン現象の発生を確実に防ぐトラップを得る。【解決手段】排水導入部、夾雑物を分離する分離室および排水口を有する本体槽と、排水口から逆流する臭気を封水によって遮断するトラップ槽とを備えた阻集器で、トラップ槽は、分離室の底面部の排水がトラップ槽内に流入するように下端部に形成した排水流入口と、排水流入口から流入した排水を堰き止めて越流を生じさせる越流部を備えた越流室と、越流室と連通して流入する排水を貯留し水封を行う水封室と、水封室内の排水を排水口へ流出させる排水流出口とを備え、越流室と水封室との連通部を、排水流出口の下端位置より低位置に形成して封水深を確保し、トラップ槽内が負圧となったときに外気の流入を可能とする吸気開口を越流室に備えた。【選択図】図1
