SOUND INSULATION WALL UNIT
To provide a sound insulation wall unit in which a joint member is inspected only from the inside of a structural skeleton without need for a scaffold or special vehicle; in which there is no fear of the joint member falling to the outside of a bridge; and which has an excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A sound insulation wall unit 1 includes: a pair of left and right support members 2 made of steel; and a face plate 3 made of a steel plate that isolates noise. The pair of left and right support members 2 have external flanges 21 folded back along the direction in which they are juxtaposed. The face plate 3 has a pair of left and right folded parts (31, 32) folded back along the direction in which the left and right ends are juxtaposed in a bag-like manner inside the structural skeleton. The external flange 21 and the folded parts (31, 32) are fixed by a joint member from the inside of the structural skeleton, and asymmetric step parts or unevenness are formed on the end faces of the pair of left and right folded parts (31, 32). The step parts or unevenness of the end faces of the pair of left and right adjacent folded parts (31, 32) are fitted to each other so that the outer surface of the face plate 3 becomes flush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】足場や特殊車両の必要が無い構造躯体の内側からだけで接合部材の点検が済み、橋梁の外側への接合部材の落下のおそれが無く、且つ、外観の見栄えが良い防音壁ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】構造躯体に並設される防音壁ユニット1において、鋼製の左右一対の支柱部材2と、騒音を遮音する鋼板からなる面板3と、を備え、左右一対の支柱部材2は、それぞれ並設される方向に沿って折り返された外側フランジ21を有し、面板3は、左右の端部が前記構造躯体の内側に袋状に並設される方向に沿って折り返された左右一対の折返し部(31,32)を有し、外側フランジ21と折返し部(31,32)が、前記構造躯体の内側から接合部材で止め付けられているとともに、左右一対の折返し部(31,32)の端面には、左右非対称の段部又は凹凸が形成され、隣接する左右一対の折返し部(31,32)の端面の段部又は凹凸同士を互いに嵌合して面板3の外面が面一となるように構成する。【選択図】図2
