To provide a sound insulation panel unit, a construction method for the sound insulation panel unit, and a repair method for a sound insulation wall which make it possible to easily produce an end long part or a special part, and make a repair in a short time at low cost upon damaged.SOLUTION: A sound insulation panel unit 1 formed by joining a plurality of steel sound insulation panels having a vertical rib formed therein by folding both the ends thereof, wherein the steel sound insulation panel is configured by two types of panels, i.e., a fixing panel 2 (2') fixedly supported by a structural skeleton and an intermediate panel 3 connected to the fixing panel 2 at least at an end on one side, and the fixing panels 2, and the fixing panel 2 and the intermediate panel 3 are joined to each other in a dry manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
