SMOKE CANDLE PROCESSING METHOD
To quickly process a smoke candle while enabling recycling of the whole smoke candle.SOLUTION: A smoke candle is inputted into a portion of a cement production apparatus, which becomes 150°C or higher, and is thermally processed. The smoke candle may be inputted into a kiln hip part of a cement kiln 14, a calcination furnace 13, a pre-heater 12 or a cooling tower for cooling a cement kiln exhaust gas, and the smoke candle can be thermally processed at 900°C or higher. After a resin exterior member of the smoke candle is removed, the fire candle is inputted into a bag filter 4, which removes dusts from a cement kiln exhaust gas G, or the pre-heater, and can be thermally processed at 150°C or higher and 900°C or lower. After the smoke candle is roasted at 200°C or higher and 500°C or lower, the smoke candle is inputted into the kiln hip part or a kiln front part of the cement kiln, the calcination furnace or the cooling tower for cooling the cement kiln exhaust gas and can be thermally processed. The fire candle may be thermally processed, after sludge, which contains a liquid having no flammability or water content of 50% or more, is mixed to the fire candle or a fire candle after the resin exterior member is removed from the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】発煙筒全体のリサイクルを可能としつつ、発煙筒を迅速に処理する。【解決手段】発煙筒をセメント製造装置の150℃以上となる部位に投入して加熱処理する。セメントキルン14の窯尻、仮焼炉13、プレヒータ12又はセメントキルン排ガスを冷却する冷却塔に投入してもよく、発煙筒を900℃以上で加熱処理することができる。発煙筒の樹脂製の外装部材を除去した後、セメントキルン排ガスGから除塵するバグフィルタ4又はプレヒータに投入し、150℃以上900℃以下で加熱処理することができる。発煙筒を200℃以上500℃以下で焙焼した後、セメントキルンの窯尻もしくは窯前、仮焼炉又はセメントキルン排ガスを冷却する冷却塔に投入して加熱処理することができる。発煙筒又は樹脂製の外装部材を除去した後の発煙筒に、引火性のない液体又は50%以上の水分を含有する汚泥を混合した後に加熱処理してもよい。【選択図】図1
